Well,
Last night my nephew asked me to make a Virginia Tech Hokie hat for some friends of his. They have a baby that will be a year old at Christmas. So, I was surprised that the school colors are a plum purple and burnt orange. An interesting combination.
I have never made a turkey hat before. I make owl hats all the time though. So, I just made some modifications to my owl hat and came up with the one you see below. I think it turned out pretty well.
